Do I Need Insurance

A basic minimum insurance policy is legally required. Any insurance policy which insures cars for fire and theft, life insurance for more than death and employment insurance for more than accident and injury, is not a legal requirement. However, many people decide on an advanced insurance policy to cover themselves. For example if you are self employed and you rely on your computer or tools to work, insurance to cover these would be an advantage, as would fully comprehensive car insurance if you include these on your insurance policy. There is little point in purchasing a basic insurance cover that does not provide you with the level of cover you need.
